Iowa High School Basketball - Riverside knocked off by Clarinda

The Clarinda Cardinals basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Riverside Bulldogs to 24 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cardinals now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kuemper for a Hawkeye Ten contest on Tuesday, January 17. Clarinda will battle a Knights team coming off a 69-61 league win over Harlan (Harlan, IA). The Knights record now stands at 8-7.
The Bulldogs (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Underwood (Underwood, IA). The Eagles enter the Western Iowa contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Underwood ran past Missouri Valley (Missouri Valley, IA), 67-24, in a league contest.
