The Cristo Rey Jesuit Cristeros basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Josephinum to 23 in the Cristeros league triumph on Monday.

The Cristeros now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walther Christian Academy for a Chicago Prep contest on Tuesday, January 17. Cristo Rey Jesuit will battle a Broncos team coming off a 43-23 non-league win over Senn (Chicago, IL). The Broncos record now stands at 8-10.

The (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against North Shore Country Day (Winnetka, IL). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, North Shore Country Day was routed by Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL), 31-28, in a league contest.
