Hamilton Yankees (Los Angeles, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Marshall Barristers (Los Angeles, CA), 70-26 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Hamilton upgrades its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Yankees travel to Westchester (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Comets in a Western bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Comets come into the bout with a record of 19-1. Westchester lost 52-51 in their recent non-league bout against Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA)

Next up, the Barristers play the Lincoln Tigers (Los Angeles, CA) in a Northern bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 48-10 league win over Sotomayor (Los Angeles, CA).
