The Nighthawks come into the challenge with a record of 9-3. First Flight won 47-25 in their recent league challenge against Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC)

Next up, the Eagles confront the SouthWest Edgecombe Cougars (Pinetops, NC) in a 2A Conference 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. West Craven will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 56-25 non-league win over Tarboro (Tarboro, NC).
