Virginia High School Basketball - Thomas Dale winner over Western Branch

January 16, 2023: Chester, VA 23831

The Thomas Dale Knights (Chester, VA) basketball felled the visiting Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA), 56-41 in Monday's non-league test.

The Knights (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Manchester (Midlothian, VA). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 13-1 record.

The Bruins now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Grassfield for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. Western Branch will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 51-48 non-league win over Hickory (Chesapeake, VA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-2.
