In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Battle Lake Battlers (Battle Lake, MN) basketball squad edged the visiting Park Christian Falcons (Moorhead, MN), by a margin of 67-63.

The Battlers (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against Hillcrest Lutheran Academy (Fergus Falls, MN). The Comets go into the A Section 6 outing with a 11-3 record. In their last outing, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy held off Underwood (Underwood, MN), 57-47, in a league outing.

The Falcons now own a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal for a non-league outing on Friday, January 19. Park Christian will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 67-53 non-league win over Mahnomen/Waubun (Mahnomen, MN). The Titans record now stands at 8-5.
