With the victory, Bridgeport improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Perkins County (Grant, NE) to confront the Plainsmen in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 19. The Plainsmen come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. Perkins County won 47-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Chase County (Imperial, NE)

Next up, the Sailors confront the Creek Valley Storm (Chappell, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Sutherland will attempt to improve on its 0-10 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 34-31 non-league win over Sioux County (Harrison, NE).
