Indiana High School Basketball - Columbus North thwarted by Jennings County

January 16, 2024: Columbus, IN 47201

The Columbus North Bull Dogs basketball team (Columbus, IN), was toppled 78-58 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Jennings County Panthers (North Vernon, IN)

The Panthers now possess a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Floyd Central for a Hoosier Hills battle on Friday, January 19. Jennings County will confront a Highlanders team coming off a 54-45 non-league win over North Harrison (Ramsey, IN). The Highlanders record now stands at 5-8.

The Bull Dogs (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, IN). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 3-11 record.

Congratulations to #44 Garrett Long for being selected the Columbus North Basketball Player of the Game.
