The Groveport-Madison Cruisers basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Hilliard Darby Panthers to 44 in the Cruisers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cruisers now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Crossing for a Ohio Capital - Buckeye contest on Friday, January 19. Groveport-Madison will meet a Comets team coming off a 71-58 non-league loss to Grove City (Grove City, OH). The Comets record now stands at 3-10.

The Panthers (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Dublin Jerome (Dublin, OH). The Celtics enter the Ohio Capital - Cardinal contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Dublin Jerome ran past Memorial (St. Marys, OH), 72-69, in a non-league contest.
