The Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Herreid/Selby Wolverines to 38 in the Battlers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Battlers now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stanley County for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] will meet a Buffalos team coming off a 75-41 non-league loss to Lyman (Presho, SD). The Buffalos record now stands at 4-7.

The Wolverines (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against North Central (Eureka, SD). The Thunder enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, North Central was routed by Ipswich (Ipswich, SD), 52-26, in a non-league contest.
