The Kingsley Stags basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Traverse City Christian Sabres to 38 in the Stags non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Stags now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glen Lake for a Northwest contest on Thursday, January 18. Kingsley will battle a Lakers team coming off a 74-20 league win over Leland (Leland, MI). The Lakers record now stands at 6-2.
The Sabres (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Harbor Light Christian (Harbor Springs, MI). The Swordsmen come into the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Harbor Light Christian triumphed over Traverse City HomeSchool (Traverse City, MI), 74-10, in a non-league contest.
