With the victory, Woodbury Central upgrades its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Gehlen Catholic (Le Mars, IA) to play the Jays in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Jays come into the challenge with a record of 6-5. Gehlen Catholic won 73-41 in their recent league challenge against West Sioux (Hawarden, IA)

Next up, the Spartans play the River Valley Wolverines (Correctionville, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. West Monona will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record.
