With the victory, Escalante upgrades its record to 5-11 on the campaign. The Lobos travel to Questa (Questa, NM) to play the Wildcats in a 2A District 5 challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-4.

Next up, the play the Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Academy for Technology and The Classics will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 58-27 non-league loss to Portales (Portales, NM).
