The Atlee Raiders basketball team (Mechanicsville, VA), was overwhelmed 63-33 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Henrico Warriors (Richmond, VA)

The Warriors now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Armstrong for a Capital battle on Friday, January 19. Henrico will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 54-47 league win over Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-3.

The Raiders (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against Mechanicsville (Mechanicsville, VA). The Mustangs come into the Capital battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Mechanicsville trounced Varina (Richmond, VA), 61-32, in a league battle.
