Washington High School Basketball - Vashon Island knocked off by Charles Wright

The Charles Wright Tarriers basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Vashon Island Pirates to 29 in the Tarriers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tarriers now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Life Christian Academy for a 1A Nisqually contest on Thursday, January 18. Charles Wright will meet a Eagles team coming off a 53-26 league loss to Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
The Pirates (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA). The Cougars enter the 1A Nisqually contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Cascade Christian was outscored by Bellevue Christian (Clyde Hill, WA), 41-20, in a league contest.
