In Tuesday's non-league outing, the D.C. Everest Evergreens (Schofield, WI) basketball squad edged the host Chippewa Falls Cardinals (Chippewa Falls, WI), by a margin of 50-49.
The Evergreens (2-13) will now prepare for their outing against Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI). The Red Raiders go into the Wisconsin Valley outing with a 4-11 record. In their last outing, Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln was tipped by Mosinee (Mosinee, WI), 80-58, in a non-league outing.
