The Glenbard North Panthers basketball team (Carol Stream, IL), dropped 39-24 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL)
The Barbs now possess a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Metea Valley for a DuPage Valley battle on Friday, January 19. DeKalb will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 54-34 league loss to Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-12.
The Panthers (3-17) will now prepare for their battle against St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL). The Fighting Saints come into the DuKane battle with a 15-6 record. In their last battle, St. Charles East prevailed over Hampshire (Hampshire, IL), 60-42, in a non-league battle.
