The Holmdel Hornets basketball team (Holmdel, NJ), dropped 60-50 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Wall Township Crimson Knights (Wall, NJ)
The Crimson Knights now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manasquan for a Shore B - Coastal battle on Thursday, January 18. Wall Township will battle a Warriors team coming off a 63-12 non-league win over Raritan (Hazlet, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 12-2.
The Hornets (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Point Pleasant Boro prevailed over Long Branch (Long Branch, NJ), 49-40, in a non-league battle.
