In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Jefferson Wildcats (Delphos, OH) basketball squad beat the visiting Shawnee Indians (Lima, OH), by a count of 42-30.

The Wildcats (12-1) will now prepare for their outing against Ada (Ada, OH). The Bulldogs go into the Northwest outing with a 5-9 record. In their last outing, Ada was topped by Allen East (Harrod, OH), 63-14, in a league outing.

The Indians now hold a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Wapakoneta for a Western Buckeye outing on Thursday, January 18. Shawnee will clash with a Redskins squad coming off a 59-46 non-league loss to Findlay (Findlay, OH). The Redskins record now stands at 6-8.
