The Lake Howell Silver Hawks basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Lake Nona Lions to 38 in the Silver Hawks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Silver Hawks now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seminole for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18. Lake Howell will battle a Seminoles team coming off a 53-40 non-league loss to Hagerty (Oviedo, FL). The Seminoles record now stands at 10-6.
The Lions (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Olympia (Orlando, FL). The Titans come into the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Olympia prevailed over Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL), 51-40, in a non-league contest.
