Rolling Hills Prep Huskies (San Pedro, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting New Roads Jaguars (Santa Monica, CA), 61-5 in a league bout.

With the win, Rolling Hills Prep upgrades its record to 10-10 on the season. The Huskies travel to Marlborough (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 11-11. Marlborough won 56-51 in their recent league bout against Alemany (Mission Hills, CA)

Next up, the Jaguars play the California Academy of Math & Science Rebels (Carson, CA) in a Coastal bout, on Wednesday, January 17. New Roads will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 1-10 record after their 70-45 league loss to Geffen Academy (Los Angeles, CA).
