The St. Clair Cyclones basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting St. James Saints to 64 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cyclones now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleveland for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18. St. Clair will meet a Clippers team coming off a 64-30 non-league loss to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN). The Clippers record now stands at 2-12.
The Saints (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] (Montgomery, MN). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] ran past Central (Norwood-Young America, MN), 53-51, in a league contest.
