Carman-Ainsworth Cavaliers (Flint, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Arthur Hill Lumberjacks (Saginaw, MI), 1-0 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Carman-Ainsworth upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cavaliers host Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 18. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Lumberjacks play the Fort Wayne Wayne Generals (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Arthur Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
