The LaSalle Royal Lions (Miami, FL) soccer nipped the visiting Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs (Fort Lauderdale, FL), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

With the victory, LaSalle moves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Royal Lions host Downtown Doral (Doral, FL) to confront the Dolphins in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 18. The Dolphins enter the bout with a record of 11-3. Downtown Doral won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Varela (Miami, FL)
