The Affton Cougars basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Hancock Tigers to 54 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now have a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Duchesne for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. Affton will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 40-39 non-league loss to Fort Zumwalt East (St. Peters, MO). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Hancock falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Maplewood-Richmond Heights (Maplewood, MO) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Blue Devils go into the game with a record of 1-1.
