In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Ardmore Tigers basketball team scored a good 63-46 win over the St. John Paul II Falcons.
The Tigers (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Elkmont (Elkmont, AL). The Red Devils come into the non-league contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Elkmont defeated Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (Huntsville, AL), 63-45, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Wilson Warriors (Florence, AL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. St. John Paul II will attempt to better on its 1-18 season record. The Warriors come into the contest with a 16-8 record after their 67-58 league loss to Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL).
