In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Cristo Rey Jesuit Cristeros basketball team scored a good 53-41 triumph over the ITW David Speer Academy Pride.
The Cristeros (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Walther Christian Academy (Melrose Park, IL). The Broncos go into the Chicago Prep contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Walther Christian Academy was toppled by College Prep of America (Lombard, IL), 66-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pride confront the Rowe-Clark Masai Lions (Chicago, IL) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 22. ITW David Speer Academy will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record.
