Missouri High School Basketball - Halfway victorious over New Covenant Academy

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Halfway Cardinals basketball team scored a good 64-45 triumph over the New Covenant Academy Warriors.
The Cardinals (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dadeville (Dadeville, MO). The Bearcats go into the Polk County contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Dadeville was topped by Lockwood (Lockwood, MO), 61-46, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors confront the Pleasant Hope Pirates (Pleasant Hope, MO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. New Covenant Academy will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Pirates go into the contest with a 9-4 record after their 52-41 non-league win over Humansville (Humansville, MO).
