In Thursday's non-league test, the Washington-Marion Charging Indians (Lake Charles, LA) basketball squad got by the visiting North Central Hurricanes (Lebeau, LA), by a final score of 54-51.

Next, the Charging Indians clash with the North Central Hurricanes (Lebeau, LA) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 17. Washington-Marion will attempt to upgrade on its 10-12 season record. The Hurricanes come into the test with a 8-17 record after their 67-64 non-league win over Port Allen (Port Allen, LA).
