In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Putnam Science Academy basketball team scored a good 72-62 triumph over the Vermont Academy Wildcats.
The (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Brewster Academy Prep (Wolfeboro, NH). The Bobcats go into the non-league contest with a 11-12 record.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Winchendon Wapiti (Winchendon, MA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 3. Vermont Academy will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.
