The Davison Cardinals basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Lapeer East Eagles to 24 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cardinals now have a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Carman-Ainsworth for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22.
With the loss, Lapeer East falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Swartz Creek (Swartz Creek, MI) to face the Dragons in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Dragons enter the match with a record of 5-1.
