The West Springfield Spartans basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Robinson Rams to 46 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Fairfax for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18.

With the loss, Robinson falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Rams host Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA) to confront the Titans in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Titans go into the game with a record of 7-4. Alexandria City won 50-36 in their recent non-league game against South County (Lorton, VA)
