In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Central Minnesota Christian Bluejays basketball team scored a big 68-28 triumph over the Canby Lancers.

The Bluejays (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Southwest Minnesota Christian (Edgerton, MN). The Eagles go into the A Section 3 contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Southwest Minnesota Christian smashed Mountain Lake/Comfrey (Mountain Lake, MN), 57-26, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lancers battle the Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks (Dawson, MN) in a A Section 3 contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Canby will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record. The Blackjacks go into the contest with a 4-13 record after their 73-31 league loss to MACCRAY (Clara City, MN).
