The Rams (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Cottonwood Classical Prep (Albuquerque, NM). The Coyotes come into the 3A District 5 challenge with a 2-14 record. In their last challenge, Cottonwood Classical Prep trounced Tse' Yi' Gai (Cuba, NM), 60-46, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Leopards battle the Walatowa Charter Cougars (Jemez Pueblo, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Coronado will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 45-38 non-league win over Coronado (Gallina, NM).
