Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Friends' Central overwhelms Shipley

The Friends' Central basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Shipley to 33 in the league triumph on Thursday.

The now have a 16-6 record. They play next when they travel to Immaculate Conception for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Friends' Central will confront a Lions team coming off a 44-30 non-league win over Glen Ridge (Glen Ridge, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 9-2.

With the loss, Shipley falls to 10-6 on the campaign. The host Perkiomen School (Pennsburg, PA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 2-5.
