In Thursday's league contest, the host Greenwich Witches basketball team scored a big 66-39 victory over the Tamarac Bengals.
With the victory, Greenwich advances its record to 12-0 on the year. The Witches travel to Plattsburgh (Plattsburgh, NY) to face the Hornets in a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. The Bengals now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delaware Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. Tamarac will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 49-33 league win over Bainbridge-Guilford (Bainbridge, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-5.
