The Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock Lions basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] Pirates to 41 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to South Heart for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock will play a Eagles team coming off a 49-44 league win over Beach (Beach, ND). The Eagles record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] falls to 3-7 on the campaign.
