New York High School Basketball - Saranac sneaks past Moriah

The Saranac Spartans (Saranac, NY) basketball edged the visiting Moriah Vikings (Port Henry, NY), 42-38 in Thursday's league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they host Beekmantown for a Section 7 Champlain Valley contest on Tuesday, January 28.
In their next game, the Vikings confront the Lake George Lakers (Lake George, NY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Moriah will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Lakers go into the contest with a 7-4 record after their 62-60 league loss to Hartford Central (Hartford, NY).
