In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Tempe Buffaloes soccer squad scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Shadow Mountain Matadors.

The Buffaloes (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ). The Rattlers go into the non-league outing with a 14-1 record. In their last outing, Crismon got by Desert Sunrise (Maricopa, AZ), 17-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Matadors confront the Thunderbird Titans (Phoenix, AZ) in a 4A Skyline outing, on Tuesday, January 21. Shadow Mountain will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Titans go into the outing with a 0-6 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ).
