Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - Minnetonka knocks off Duluth East

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Minnetonka Skippers ice hockey team scored a nice 13-0 victory over the Duluth East Greyhounds.
The Skippers (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, St. Michael-Albertville prevailed over Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN), 10-3, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Greyhounds play the Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines (Eveleth, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Duluth East will attempt to better on its 2-14 season record. The Wolverines go into the contest with a 12-3 record after their 9-2 non-league win over Proctor (Proctor, MN).
