The Eden Prairie Eagles ice hockey team scored 7 points and held the host Prior Lake Lakers to 2 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now own a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buffalo for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. Eden Prairie will play a Bison team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Edina (Edina, MN). The Bison record now stands at 5-9.
In their next game, the Lakers play the Lakeville South Cougars (Lakeville, MN) in a South Suburban contest, on Friday, January 24. Prior Lake will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 7-9 record after their 4-0 league win over Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN).
