Colorado High School Basketball - Elbert triumphant over Miami-Yoder

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Elbert Bulldogs (Elbert, CO) and the visiting Miami-Yoder Buffaloes (Rush, CO), witnessed Elbert's basketball squad rout Miami-Yoder by a count of 52-23.

With the victory, Elbert advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Deer Trail (Deer Trail, CO) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 17. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 0-7. Deer Trail lost 53-12 in their recent non-league contest against Cheraw (Cheraw, CO)

In their next game, the Buffaloes battle the Liberty Tree Academy War Eagles (Peyton, CO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 17. Miami-Yoder will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The War Eagles come into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 52-12 non-league win over Ellicott (Calhan, CO).
