The Jackson Ironman/Ironladies basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Alexander Spartans to 40 in the Ironman/Ironladies non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Ironman/Ironladies now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miami Trace for a Frontier contest on Friday, January 20. Jackson will meet a Panthers team coming off a 58-43 non-league win over Wilmington (Wilmington, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 13-1.
The Spartans (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Vinton County (McArthur, OH). The Vikings enter the Tri-Valley I contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Vinton County was routed by Federal Hocking (Stewart, OH), 72-60, in a non-league contest.
