The Alliance Aviators basketball team (Alliance, OH), was nudged 45-40 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Dover Crimson Tornadoes (Dover, OH)
The Crimson Tornadoes now possess a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wheeling Central Catholic for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. Dover will battle a Maroon Knights team coming off a 96-62 non-league win over Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV). The Maroon Knights record now stands at 7-5.
The Aviators (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Carrollton (Carrollton, OH). The Warriors come into the Eastern Buckeye battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Carrollton edged Steubenville (Steubenville, OH), 56-40, in a non-league battle.
