The Northshore Panthers basketball team (Slidell, LA), was nudged 64-57 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Archbishop Hannan Hawks (Covington, LA)
The Hawks now possess a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklinton for a 4A District 8 battle on Friday, January 20. Archbishop Hannan will confront a Demons team coming off a 58-50 league loss to Pearl River (Pearl River, LA). The Demons record now stands at 6-13.
The Panthers (11-8) will now prepare for their battle against Mandeville (Mandeville, LA). The Skippers come into the 5A District 6 battle with a 12-8 record.
