The Brookfield East Spartans basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting West Allis Central Bulldogs to 62 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wauwatosa East for a Greater Metro contest on Friday, January 20. Brookfield East will meet a Red Raiders team coming off a 76-68 league win over Menomonee Falls (Menomonee Falls, WI). The Red Raiders record now stands at 1-10.

The Bulldogs (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pius XI Catholic (Milwaukee, WI). The Popes enter the Woodland - West contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Pius XI Catholic was defeated by Martin Luther (Greendale, WI), 76-69, in a non-league contest.
