With the victory, Central Cass improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Squirrels travel to Hankinson (Hankinson, ND) to confront the Pirates in a B Region 1 challenge on Friday, January 20. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Hankinson lost 72-52 in their recent league challenge against Kindred (Kindred, ND)

Next up, the Lions confront the South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] Mustangs (Wishek, ND) in a B Region 3 District 6 challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 52-50 non-league loss to Oakes (Oakes, ND).
