The Western Christian Pioneers (Salem, OR) basketball crushed the host Culver Bulldogs (Culver, OR), 67-41 in Tuesday's league test.
The Pioneers (12-3) will now prepare for their test against Colton (Colton, OR). The Vikings go into the 2A Tri-River test with a 5-10 record. In their last test, Colton walloped Delphian (Sheridan, OR), 44-34, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Blanchet Catholic for a 2A Tri-River test on Thursday, January 19. Culver will encounter a Cavaliers squad coming off a 65-55 league loss to Santiam (Mill City, OR). The Cavaliers record now stands at 7-8.
