Delaware High School Basketball - DuPont can't hold off Newark Charter School

The Newark Charter School Patriots basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting DuPont Tigers to 47 in the Patriots non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Patriots now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilmington Charter for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 19.
The Tigers (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dickinson (Wilmington, DE). The Rams come into the Blue Hen Flight - B contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Dickinson edged Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE), 59-52, in a non-league contest.
