Edgewood Warriors (Ashtabula, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting SPIRE Institute SPIRE (Geneva, OH), 83-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Edgewood upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Warriors travel to Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Chagrin Falls lost 71-48 in their recent league bout against Beachwood (Beachwood, OH)

Next up, the SPIRE play the National Christian Academy Eagles (Fort Washington, MD) in a Metro Private bout, on Saturday, January 21. SPIRE Institute will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
